The Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh verifies BEST’s assessment of their Certificate in Horticulture, which runs for eight days of practical tuition followed by an assessment day.
Plant Propagation is a special BEST in Horticulture Education programme which concentrates on seasonal propagation recorded in an optional propagation journal. The atmosphere of the course is professional but informal, and successful completion will be reflected in the wide range of new plants acquired by students.
Practical Garden Design 2023 uses City & Guilds units to build a design course giving practical experience of surveying and drawing up garden designs; at the end of the course the porfolio you produce will achieve a City & Guilds Certificate.
