October update on Exam Certificates

We were expecting to receive exam certificates for the June 2023 exams, Practical Certificates for 2022-23 and other overarching qualification completions like Diplomas in the week commencing 9 October, according to the RHS timetable. We have chased, and now been told:

Certificate delay

Please note that the external printing company are experiencing difficulties in sourcing certificate paper.  This means there will be several weeks’ delay in printing the certificates for the June 2023 exams as well as Practical certificates, and any overarching awards such as the L2 Diploma.

We will keep you updated as and when we receive further information from the printing company, and apologise for the unavoidable delay.

We also hear that because the current Head of Education and Learning has been promoted (to Director) the signature printed on the certificates needs to be changed.

Our RHS contact says that if anyone needs a letter to confirm their achievement for job interviews etc before the Certificates are printed, she can arrange this for you in November: we are also happy to confirm your award status if requested.

As soon as we know the Certificates are being sent to us, we will contact recipients to check addresses before we send them on.  Please note: if you do not reply to the specific email asking you to confirm your address, we won't post a certificate. It's a double check, even if you notified us of an address change already, so that we know we haven't missed this.

Apologies - the RHS are having a difficult year, and this affects everyone working with them!
